MFX-2200Series Smoke Purification System

The OKI multi station MFX-2200 series smoke purification system can provide a maximum air flow rate of 900 cubic meters per hour and a maximum suction force of 1075Pa, reaching a new level of performance. With its ability to provide filtration for up to 8 manual welding stations, the MFX-2200 series purification system can also remove particles and harmful gases from smoke cabinets, small desktop wave soldering furnaces, and reflow soldering furnaces.

New multi station smoke purification system

The MFX-2200 series can provide smoke purification for up to 8 smoking arm stations with a diameter of 50mm. It can also easily filter out particles and gases from smoke exhaust cabinets, and can even be used on small wave soldering or reflow ovens.

In general electronic assembly applications, combination filters can be used, equipped with pre filters, HEPA (0.3 micron 99.97%) filters, and gas filters. For more special occasions, such as removing solvent vapors used for bonding or bottom filling, a specially designed gas filter should be used. It contains a pre filter and an activated carbon filter weighing 11kg.

The host is 450mm wide, 525mm thick, and 670mm high, and can accommodate 457 * 406 * 120mm HEPA filters or 11kg activated carbon filters. Due to the large size and high capacity of the filter, the MFX-2200 series can be used for a considerable amount of time in situations with very high smoke levels without the need to replace the filter. Therefore, it can reduce maintenance costs and production downtime

The MFX-2200G gas smoke filtration system is designed specifically to remove gases and vapors from a range of heavy-duty desktop welding equipment, including solvent cleaning, adhesive and conformal coating cleaning.
